Refund Policy & Cancellation

Unused Balance Clause

Any top-up or advance payment made by retailers/distributors to their retail account but remains unused for goods and services may be refunded. To initiate a refund, the retailer/distributor must submit a refund request after one month from the deposit date. Upon receiving the request, the balance amount will be refunded within 15 to 20 working days via the original payment method.

Return and Exchange Policy

All products and services provided by Unibeck Technologies are covered under a 3-day return and exchange policy, applicable in cases of error or mishap during the purchase process.

  • This policy applies only to products or services such as Bus Tickets, Flight Tickets, Mobile & DTH Recharge, and Hotel Booking when purchased directly from https://nammapay.co.in.
  • Third-party products are not covered under this policy.
  • If a product or service has not been delivered despite a successful transaction, customers can either reacquire the product/service or opt for a different service of the same monetary value by contacting us.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange:

  • The request must be made within 3 days of purchase.
  • Requests can be submitted via our official support email or by contacting our helpline number.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not wish to proceed with the return or exchange and prefer a refund, cancellations can be made under the following terms:

  • Time Frame: Cancellation requests must be made within the specified time frame, which varies depending on the product or service. The maximum period for making a cancellation request is 7 days.
  • Exclusions: Mobile & DTH recharges, data card recharges, insurance premium payments, and utility bill payments are not eligible for cancellation. Third-party products and services signed up through our interface are also not eligible for refund.
  • Process: Cancellation requests can only be made via our official support email or support center contact number. The refund process may take up to 7 days to complete.

Important Notes

Recharge Sales: All sales of recharges are final, and no refund or exchange is permitted. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of mobile or DTH account details.
Failed Transactions: If a transaction is completed but the recharge is not delivered within 24 hours, customers may submit a complaint via the Raise Complaint option or contact our customer care. The following details are required:
  • Mobile/DTH account number
  • Operator name
  • Recharge value
  • Transaction date and order number
Upon verification, if the issue is found valid, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.
